- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a patient at this dental office for over 2 years and have recently switched. My first visit there I was told I needed a filling. The whole experience was a nightmare. First off, their method of freezing was probably the most painful thing I have experienced in my life and I've had tattoos and surgeries... this was more painful. Rather than using a simple needle injected in the gum they used a large needle that vibrates. I've never seen anything like it. They injected this large, vibrating needle first into my gums then into the muscle of my cheek. If that wasn't bad enough, following the procedure my face was numb for 8 hours which is not at all normal. The following year when I went for my check up they told me they had to fix the filling because they made a mistake. I explained to them how painful the last procedure was and that I didn't want to go through that again. I asked if they could just use a regular needle and they said they didn't have them. I told them if that was the case then to do it without freezing. They said they couldn't do it without freezing, smirked and said "I don't know what you expect. This is how we do things here so you're going to have to suck it up." Like really? Who says that? Furthermore, while fixing the filling they messed up she slipped with the drill and cut my lip and gum open. Experience #3: While I was in the process of looking for a new dentist I started experiencing extreme pain in my gums to the point where I couldn't eat. I figured I'd go back one last time seeing as it was an emergency. I went in and the dentist looked at my mouth for literally 30 seconds and said "Why don't you come back next week and we'll figure it out then." I paid $80 for one minute of the doctors time. I was in extreme pain and they wouldn't even give me pain medication. Seriously, ATTEND THIS OFFICE AT YOUR OWN RISK!by AnnoymousFebruary 11, 2017
