  Worst walk-in clinic that I have ever been to. My son’s eye was swollen from an allergic reaction to something. The receptionist told me that the clinic was closed even though the sign outside said “Open” and the hours stated they would be open until 5 pm. It was 4 pm. There was no one in the waiting room. The parking lot was almost empty even though there is a Tim Hortons next door. The receptionist said that Dr Kaplan was in a room full of patients. I asked if she could still ask him to see my son. She asked him and relayed that he had said “No” and that he thinks I should take my son to the emergency room at the hospital because that would be faster than him. This is supposed to be a “caring” professional? Which walk-in clinic closes an hour before the closing time posted, with no one in the waiting room?

  I didn't want to believe the reviews I read previously but I wish I had. I came to the walk-in clinic right when they opened. The woman at the front desk was snappy from the very beginning, I asked here what the expected wait was and she just said there are 4 people ahead of you. I waited for 2 hours and decided to ask again because I thought I had just missed my name. At this point there was a different man at the reception and he again said that there were 4 people ahead of me. So in 2 hours not one person was seen? If there is no doctor on duty they should have told me upfront and I could have driven to a different clinic. Complete waste of my time and lack of professionalism and compassion for their patients. DO NOT GO HERE
