  Our experience was terrible! The owner accepted our LG TV for repair, along with the $50 upfront fee that was to be applied toward the actual REPAIR, knowing full well that LG only sends replacement parts to "registered dealers" which this company IS NOT! When the owner told me he could not get the parts I called LG who informed me of this policy and assured me ALL industry repair/sales people are aware of their policy. The owner was ridiculous and had the audacity to suggest that if I could "some how" get the part needed (the full panel/screen) he would repair it for me...as if!! When I confronted him with his blatant deception, having accepted money upfront for something he knew he could not repair, he tried to make excuses and eventually agreed to give me a refund on the $50. When my husband called him to retrieve our TV he said he will only refund $15 "..because no one works for free". My question is WHAT WORK..DECEPTIVE + DISHONEST!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR MERCHANDISE HERE...the are also not part of the BBB in Aurora. I should have verified this in advance not after the lies and deception!

  This company is Rock , My Macbook Pro got water damage and the guy fix it with no problem fast and good price too. Totally recommended the worker is very nice and polite too.

  I will try to make this review interesting, informative and useful. I have been using the services of Aurora Radio and specifically Manola for over a decade. He has repaired, Televisions, Computers (including getting rid of viruses, he is a master), he has repaired my security system, acquired great deals on refurbished computers, cloned computers the only thing he could not fix was my Golf Game. I have recommended him to my neighbours and they all use him, my Daughter in Alcona Beach would not go elsewhere. So to sum up he does a great job, reasonable pricing and very honest, so much so that I now call him "Friend". Just remember 15 years ago, I did not even know him, but now neither myself or my friends would use anyone else for service, it's hard to find a company that gives good value and that you also can Trust, but you can with Manola at Aurora Radio
